Account & Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, users of Pondor can request the permanent removal of their account and all associated personal records.

How to Request Immediate Account Deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@pondorapp.com from the email address linked to your Google account in Pondor.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Pondor.
  3. Once received, our database will purge:
    • Your profile record (`public.profiles`)
    • All saved bookmarks (`public.user_bookmarks`)
    • All quote likes and reactions (`public.user_likes`)
    • Authentication records (`auth.users`)
  4. Data deletion is processed within 48 to 72 business hours, and a confirmation receipt is returned by email.
